Smothered Enchiladas

- 2 lbs. ground beef {I use Ground Chuck} shopping list
- 1{1 1/4 oz. }pkg mild taco seasoning shopping list
- 1 {4.5 oz.} can chopped green chilies {divided} shopping list
- 2-{10 /4 oz} cans cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 8-{8 inch}flour tortillas shopping list
- 2 cups {8 oz.} shredded cheese{I use pepper jack cheese} shopping list
- may use cheddar cheese shopping list
- Garnishes or some say toppings} shopping list
- Home-made salsa{or boughten} sour cream, green onion curls, Chopped cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- brown ground beef in a large skillet stirring untill crumbly and no longer pink Drain off grease Stir in taco seaoning mix half chopped green chilies set aside
- Stir together remaining green chilies soup and sour cream
- pour half of the soup mixture into lightly greased 13x 9 baking dish
- spoon beef mixture evenly down center of tortillas roll up place seam side down over mixture in baking dish top with remaining soup mixture and cheese
- Bake 350 degree oven for 25 minutes untill heated through take out of oven add toppings serve
