How to make it

  • Place onion, ginger, garlic, curry powder and a little oil into a small pot and heat until onion starts to go soft.
  • Add tomato sauce, vinegar, sweet chilli and spring onion, heat on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • In a large pan place 2 tsp of butter or oil and garlic with the prawns and cook until they change colour.
  • Add the cooked sauce to the prawns and add the yoghurt.
  • Serve with rice and a green salad.
  • Yummy.
