How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 160oc
  • Prepare 8 inch cake tin greased lined with parchment paper
  • Mix butter sugar and oil until white & fluffy.
  • Add all dry ingredients
  • Add lemon juice followed with eggs
  • Place mixture in prepared cake tin
  • poke berries in
  • Bake for about 35 - 40 mins
