Lemon polenta cake

- butter 4oz shopping list
- Groundnut oil 4 floz shopping list
- caster sugar 8oz shopping list
- ground almonds 8oz shopping list
- polenta 4oz shopping list
- i x lemon zest & juice shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 2 handfuls fresh/frozen berries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 160oc
- Prepare 8 inch cake tin greased lined with parchment paper
- Mix butter sugar and oil until white & fluffy.
- Add all dry ingredients
- Add lemon juice followed with eggs
- Place mixture in prepared cake tin

- Bake for about 35 - 40 mins
