How to make it

  • clean and dry the chicken
  • Mix all the ingredients to the curd and marinate the chicken for atleast 1 hour in the fridge.
  • After that arrange the chicken cubes one after other in barbecue stick.
  • pre heat the oven with lighted charcoal
  • Keep the chicken skewers above the charcoal and bast it with butter oven
  • cook around by turning the skewer for 10 mins
  • serve hot with mint chutney or sauce

    Do you happen to have your own recipe for garam masala? At least here in the US I've noticed some variations in the flavor of pre-made garam masala, but I have yet to sit down and figure out a mix of my own that I like.
