Chicken Tikka

- chicken -500gm boneless med size cubes shopping list
- curd or yoghurt - 150 ml shopping list
- ginger garlic paste- 1 tbspn shopping list
- chilli powder-10 gm shopping list
- garam masala - 1\2 tspn shopping list
- dried fenugreek leaves-few shopping list
- turmeric powder-1 tspn shopping list
- black salt - a pinch shopping list
- salt-to taste shopping list
- mustard oil - 1 tbspn shopping list
- red food colour optional shopping list
How to make it
- clean and dry the chicken
- Mix all the ingredients to the curd and marinate the chicken for atleast 1 hour in the fridge.
- After that arrange the chicken cubes one after other in barbecue stick.
- pre heat the oven with lighted charcoal
- Keep the chicken skewers above the charcoal and bast it with butter oven
- cook around by turning the skewer for 10 mins
- serve hot with mint chutney or sauce
