How to make it

  • Sauté mushrooms and green onions in oil in large skillet until tender.
  • Add chicken and sauté 5 minutes then sprinkle with flour.
  • Cook stirring constantly for 3 minutes then stir in broth and white wine.
  • Heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer covered 8 minutes.
  • Stir in grapes and capers then season with salt and pepper and serve over rice.

    Oh, I will print this one. It was my favorite dish at our favorite restaurant and had completely forgotten about it. We would go for our anniversary each year. Then, sadly, they changed chefs and the menu and it was gone. I had no recollection as to what it entailed. I don't know about the capers, but everything else sounds familiar
