How to make it

  • Boil chicken, strip off bone and keep aside
  • Sautee onions until soft and sweet
  • add garlic and peppers to onions and sautee
  • add baby leeks and sautee
  • add chicken pieces with ground peppercorns
  • take the flat end of your knife and bruise lemongrass stalks
  • chop up bruised stalks and add to pot
  • cook over low heat for 5 minutes
  • add cream and simmer for 10 minutes
  • serve on pasta or your choice

    its a pleasure. i'm not a fundi. I try new things then post what works. None of my recipes come from cookbooks so remember, you guys are the guinea pigs ha ha lol :)
