Tuna tartare

- 1 pound sashimi grade ahi tuna, cut into a 3/8-inch dice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce (reduced salt or tamari) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp honey shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and finely minced shopping list
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp red onion, finely diced shopping list
- 1 tsp Italian parsley, finely chopped shopping list
- pinch of coarse sea salt, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- To make the sauce, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger, lemon juice, onion, parsley and salt
- Toss tuna with sauce
- Press into 4-ounce molds, such as a ramekin or custard cup. Invert onto chilled serving plates.
- Garnish with coarse sea salt.
