How to make it

  • Mix all marinade ingredients except wine and pour over chicken.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight stirring often.
  • Bake at 350 for one hour in a single layer, basting every 10 minutes.
  • Remove chicken and keep warm on a platter then scrape pan juices and bits into frying pan.
  • Heat pan then add 2 tablespoons white wine then stir in chicken and cook 1 minute.
  • Serve warm over rice or pasta.
