Crazy Cajun Bourbon Chicken

- 1 pound chicken thigh meat cut into bite size chunks shopping list
- 4 ounces soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup bourbon shopping list
- 2 tablespoons white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all marinade ingredients except wine and pour over chicken.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight stirring often.
- Bake at 350 for one hour in a single layer, basting every 10 minutes.
- Remove chicken and keep warm on a platter then scrape pan juices and bits into frying pan.
- Heat pan then add 2 tablespoons white wine then stir in chicken and cook 1 minute.
- Serve warm over rice or pasta.
