Not the same old cream of whatever tuna noodle casserole

- 3 tablespoons chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato sauce (could also use tomato paste and cream to make 10.75 ounces) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 12 oz egg noodles shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 can tuna drained and flaked ( I like to use Albacore) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook noodles according to package directions
- Drain
- In a large skillet, saute onion in oil
- Add soup, chili powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce
- Simmer 5 minutes
- Mix in noodles, 1 cup cheese and tuna
- Spoon into a greased 1 qt. casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- While still hot, sprinkle with remaining cheese
