How to make it

  • Heat a large skillet over med-high heat with olive oil
  • Add bacon and garlic, saute until golden and drain on paper towel
  • Reserve two tablespoons of bacon fat and add chicken, saute until browned, turn heat to low
  • Meanwhile bring salted water to boil and cook pasta according to package
  • In a separate bowl mix cream, milk, parsley, basil, some Italian seasonings, salt, pepper,egg yolks, cheese and mix well
  • Drain pasta and add to chicken and toss in bacon and cream.
  • Toss for about four minutes, making sure you do not let it boil, eggs will become scrambled... big no no.
  • Finish with diced tomato for color.
  • Top with fresh parsley and pepper flakes and enjoy.
  • (tip: you can add fresh mushrooms)
