Taco Lasagna

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey shopping list
- 1 (16 oz) can refried beans shopping list
- 2 tsps. dried oregano shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsps. ground cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 8 oz no-boil lasagna noodles shopping list
- 4 cups reduced-fat shredded taco seasoned cheese, divided shopping list
- 20 oz thick and chunky salsa shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 1 (16oz) container light sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 1 (3.8 oz) can sliced black olives shopping list
How to make it
- Heat over to 350
- Cook beef or turkey over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until browned
- Combine meat with beans, oregano, cumin, garlic powder and salt
- Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray
- Layer 1/3 of the noodles in bottom of pan
- Spread with 1/3 of meat mixture
- Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese
- Repeat this layering twice
- Combine salsa with water, pour over lasagna and shake pan slightly to allow liquid to go down the sides
- Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours
- Remove from oven
- Top with sour cream, green onions, olives and remaining cheese
- Bake 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted
