How to make it

  • In large pot, saute seasoning in butter until lightly browned(about 3 minutes) over medium heat
  • Stir in crawfish and shrimp and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
  • Stir in broth and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and cook 4 to 5 minutes over med/low heat
  • Stir in soup, cream cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, pepperjack cheese and half and half.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper and creole spice to taste.
  • Continue cooking over low heat for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place cooked pasta In large casserole dish or large baking pan
  • Pour sauce over pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and green onions,
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with hot fresh French Bread, Salad and extra Parmesan cheese on the side.
