Ginger and Cilantro Poached Halibut

- 1-1/2 cups white wine shopping list
- 1 tablespoon ginger julienned as thinly as possible shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped shopping list
- 1 green onion cut in half shopping list
- 1 splash of soy sauce shopping list
- 1 lime juiced shopping list
- 4 halibut fillets shopping list
- avocado slices for garnish shopping list
- Lime wheels for garnish shopping list
- cilantro sprigs for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first six ingredients in a deep roasting pan.
- Cook the poaching liquid on stove top 3 minutes then add halibut.
- Cover tightly and gently simmer until cooked through.
- Garnish with sliced avocados, thinly sliced lime wheels and fresh cilantro.
