Mici Romanian Sausage

- 8 oz finely ground lamb shopping list
- 8 oz finely ground pork shopping list
- 8 oz finely ground beef shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic -- finely minced shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon dried dill or 2 tablespoons of fresh, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together with your hands, squeezing and kneading to combine thoroughly.
- Pinch off a small piece, fry it and taste to adjust seasonings.
- Form mixture into sausage-shaped rolls about the size of your index finder. Arrange on a lightly oiled platter or large plate, cover with plastic and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
- Build a hot fire, oil the grate and cook, turning with thongs, until browned and cooked through -- 6 to 8 minutes.
- Serve immediately, mustard optional.
