Ingredients

How to make it

  • Take your ground beef and cook it in a pan along with your minced garlic. Add a little water while stirring the meat around breaking it up to cause further grounding it while it cooks.
  • While allowing the meat to cook, put your 2 cans of tomato sauce in a large pot along with about a cup and a half of water. Stir. Add the tomato paste to the sauce. Stir again. Start heating it up on Medium high temperature until it comes to a rolling boil. Adjust temp to Medium and cover to allow mixture to simmer while stirring every few minutes.
  • Drain the ground beef and garlic. And add the garlic/meat mixture to the tomato sauce. Allow the sauce/meat mixture to heat for about 5 or so minutes.
  • Take your tomatoes and cut the stems out and dice the tomatoes to small squares. Add them into the sauce mixture. (Cut the the bell peppers exactly the same as the tomatoes and then add them in too if you chose to use them.)
  • Add in the dark brown sugar. Stir it in COMPLETELY. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add your worchester sauce (you can add more if you want a more savory flavor.) Add in your seasoning salt..
  • Allow to continue cooking with or without the lid, stirring occasionally until it becomes a bit thicker. When it is to your prefered consistancy, remove from the stove and allow it to cool enought to put on the bun or roll of your choice. Enjoy!
