Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil in frying pan
  • Add the leek and fry until wilted
  • Add celery, carrots, garlic then ginger - stir for several minutes
  • Add beans and heat through
  • Serve on a warmed up plate,
  • Add slices of beetroot (cool slices are OK too)
  • Arrange the rice cake bits around the edges
  • Serve with glass of beetapple WOW juice.
  • Juice: Into a wineglass pour 1/2 the cold beetroot juice and 1/2 apple juice. (Sparkly is punchy too)
  • First time I made this, but will try cooking the beetroot and apples together - more homemade.
