How to make it

  • Cook pasta
  • fry ground beef (seasoned with salt and pepper)in a pan until cooked through, drain liquid
  • In a separate pan, cook asparagus, mushrooms and onions in the canola oil until soft
  • Sauce:
  • Put all the ingredients (except sour cream) in a sauce pan
  • Bring to a boil on med/high heat
  • Lower heat and add the sour cream
  • simmer for about 5 minutes (stirring) until all ingredients mix well and become a thicker consistency
  • mix the sauce with all the other ingredients top dish with some cheddar cheese and enjoy!!
