How to make it

  • Fry onion & green chillies until soft
  • Add peas
  • make up stock with boiling water
  • Pour stock over peas
  • Set aside for 10 mins
  • Bring soup to boil
  • As soon as it reaches boiling point whizz in blender to retain vibrant color. Be careful with hot liquids!
  • Serve immediately with fresh coriander
  • If serving chilled, place blended soup in fridge overnight before serving
