Pineapple Bread Pudding

- 6 Tbs unsalted butter,plus more for baking pan shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 small fresh pineapple,cored and dicesd small(about 1-1/2 c) shopping list
- 2 Tbs flour shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- coarse salt shopping list
- 6 oz. rustic white bread,crusts removed,torn into 1/2" pieces(3 c) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a 2qt. baking pan. Place eggs,pineapple,flour,sugar and salt in pan and whisk to combine.
- Scatter bread over pineapple mixture and drizzle butter on top.
- Cook until golden brown,40 mins. Let cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature.(To store,cover and refrigerate,up to 2 days)
