Egg Flower Soup

- 4 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 2 small bunches fresh spinach washed with stems removed ( 2 cups) shopping list
- 1 hard boiled egg yolk crumbled shopping list
- 1 tsp dark sesame oil shopping list
- either 4 whole eggs or 2 eggs and 4 whites shopping list
- scallions sliced at an angle shopping list
- Goes great with the quick blitz bread shopping list
How to make it
- In a sturdy pot heat broth until bubbly
- Add sesame oil
- add spinach
- cook until limp and swirling
- while bubbling slowly add scrammbed eggs
- Serve really hot with scallions on top of each bowl
- Sprinkle crumbled egg yolk on top
