How to make it

  • In a sturdy pot heat broth until bubbly
  • Add sesame oil
  • add spinach
  • cook until limp and swirling
  • while bubbling slowly add scrammbed eggs
  • Serve really hot with scallions on top of each bowl
  • Sprinkle crumbled egg yolk on top

    Got to go with the Bear on this one. A little judicious editing is needed. I have this problem at times and I just make the dish and write it down as I go. RJ
