- chocolate Base shopping list
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder shopping list
- 2 T.bls melted butter shopping list
- 2 Tbls coconut oil shopping list
- 1 t.easvanilla shopping list
- 1/8 – 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 3/4cup pecans shopping list
- caramel sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
How to make it
- Chocolate
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spread onto a square pan appx. 1/8" thick or whatever you like.
- Sprinkle pecans on top of chocolate.
- Place in the freezer.
- Caramel
- Combine the cream, butter and maple syrup in the saucepan. Stir until well mixed.
- Cook over medium heat. You may gently swish sauce, but don’t stir. Heat until temperature reaches 240º F 245° F, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove saucepan from the heat.
- Pour over pecans start in middle work to outer edge.
- Place back into freezer until firm.
- Cut into bite size pieces.
- Store in refrigerator.
