How to make it

  • Chocolate
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Spread onto a square pan appx. 1/8" thick or whatever you like.
  • Sprinkle pecans on top of chocolate.
  • Place in the freezer.
  • Caramel
  • Combine the cream, butter and maple syrup in the saucepan. Stir until well mixed.
  • Cook over medium heat. You may gently swish sauce, but don’t stir. Heat until temperature reaches 240º F 245° F, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove saucepan from the heat.
  • Pour over pecans start in middle work to outer edge.
  • Place back into freezer until firm.
  • Cut into bite size pieces.
  • Store in refrigerator.
