How to make it

  • cook the shells accordingly, drain, rinse with cold water, drain really well again.
  • in a large skillet brown the burger, drain off any fat
  • stir in cream cheese, chili powder
  • remove from heat, cool slightly
  • evenly spoon into the cooked shells
  • spread about 1/2 c. salsa in the bottom of a 2 qt. baking dish
  • arrange shells on top, pour remaining salsa over the shells
  • cover and bake 15 minutes
  • sprinkle with cheese
  • return to oven, uncovered, bake 15 min. more or until heated through
  • top with garnishes, really use whatever you want.....
