Avocado Mango Salsa

It stands to reason that since Melissa grows all her produce that her recipes would be so delicious. this week she came up with these tangy 'burst in your mouth' flavors. We had it with crisped talapia fillets and enjoyed every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 mango peeled and diced shopping list
- 1 Organic avocado, peeled and diced shopping list
- 1 Serrano Chile, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup red onion soaked in cold water for 10 minutes and drained shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cilantro,finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Organic lime juice, freshly squeezed shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Organic orange, juice freshly squeezed shopping list
- 1 pinch Kosher salt and black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and serve. I prefer to chill it for an hour and let the flavors meld.
