How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450F.
  • Place beans in a small bowl; mash lightly with fork. Stir in lemon juice and garlic.
  • Arrange pita bread rounds on ungreased baking sheet; brush tops with oil. Bake 6 minutes.
  • Spread bean mixture evenly onto pita rounds to within ½ -inch of edges. Arrange remaining ingredients evenly on pita rounds. Bake 5 minute or until topping is thoroughly heated and crust is crisp. Cut into quarters. Serve hot.
