How to make it

  • boil pasta in salted water according to instructions and set aside to cool
  • meanwhile cut caulieflower into florets and boil in salted water until al dente about 10 mins
  • warm white sauce and stir in grated cheese
  • or use already made cheese sauce
  • combine cauliflower and pasta and place in oven dish large enough to take mixture
  • remember you have to pour in sauce on top of mixture
  • I use a small grundy tin ( 12 x 9 x 6 deep )
  • mix in sauce gently not breaking the caulieflower up if possible and top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs
  • bake in oven for 25- 30 mins at 180c or until topping is brown and crisp
  • leave for 10 mins .....b efore serving
  • tastes even better when allowed to go cold and is reheated
