This is a recipe that originally was published in the Joy of Jello cookbook back in the 70's. It's been a standby of mine since then. It's easy and refreshing in the summer.
Freeze time is reflected in the cook time.

I remember this one. I just posted a recipe from the same cookbook! I couldn't remember the name of it until I saw it mentioned in this recipe. I guess that is not surprising--we are the same age, so we were learning to cook and collecting our first recipes at the same time!
