How to make it
- Drain can of salmon then flake fish into bowl and set aside.
- Put cucumber into another bowl and sprinkle with salt.
- Allow to stand 15 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
- Pat dry and mix into salmon with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with pita toasts or assorted crackers.
