Italian Broiled Shrimp

- 2 lbs jumbo shrimp shopping list
- 1/4 c flour shopping list
- 1/2 c melted butter shopping list
- Drawn butter sauce shopping list
- 1/3 c butter,melted shopping list
- 3 Tbs flour shopping list
- 1/2 c hot water shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbs minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 c minced fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Shell and devein shrimp;leaving tails on. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels;dust with flour. Pour butter into a broiler proof baking dish. Add shrimp;broil for 6 mins
- To prepare drawn sauce,in a small saucepan,melt butter. Add flour and whisk over med-high heat till bubbly.
- Whisk in water;whisk till sauce thickens. Add salt,pepper,garlic and parsley.
- Pour sauce over shrimp;toss to coat shrimp with sauce. Broil 2 mins. Serve immediately with remaining sauce.
