How to make it

  • Shell and devein shrimp;leaving tails on. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels;dust with flour. Pour butter into a broiler proof baking dish. Add shrimp;broil for 6 mins
  • To prepare drawn sauce,in a small saucepan,melt butter. Add flour and whisk over med-high heat till bubbly.
  • Whisk in water;whisk till sauce thickens. Add salt,pepper,garlic and parsley.
  • Pour sauce over shrimp;toss to coat shrimp with sauce. Broil 2 mins. Serve immediately with remaining sauce.
