Spring Flower Cake

- -1 1/2 cups shredded coconut shopping list
- -4 drops food colouring (any colour) shopping list
- -1 10 ounce store bought roung angel food cake shopping list
- -1/2 cups frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed shopping list
- -3 cups halved fresh strawberries shopping list
How to make it
- -in plastic ziploc bag, toss food colouring and coconut together, shaking until evenly coloured and set aside.
- -place cake on serving plate and frost top and sides with whipped topping then sprinkle with coloured coconut.
- -cut cake into 8 slices, leaving all slices still in place. carefully pull out cake slicesand seperate slightly to resemble petals of an open flower.
- -spoon halved strawberries into the centre of the "flower" and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- -enjoy!
