How to make it

  • -in plastic ziploc bag, toss food colouring and coconut together, shaking until evenly coloured and set aside.
  • -place cake on serving plate and frost top and sides with whipped topping then sprinkle with coloured coconut.
  • -cut cake into 8 slices, leaving all slices still in place. carefully pull out cake slicesand seperate slightly to resemble petals of an open flower.
  • -spoon halved strawberries into the centre of the "flower" and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • -enjoy!
