How to make it

  • In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and dijon mustard till combined and smooth
  • While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil
  • Keep whisking till the mixture thickens
  • Stir in the lemon juice
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir
  • Serve with seafood or chicken
