Orange Soup

- 3 cups chicken stock shopping list
- peel of 1 orange grated, and the orange cut into wedges shopping list
- 2 sticks cinnamon shopping list
- 5 cloves shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups orange juice shopping list
- 1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Bring the stock to a boil and add orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Simmer for 15 minutes to bring out the flavors.
- Pour in the orange juice and bring quickly back to boiling point. Then turn the heat down and let the soup simmer, gently for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and leave to cool completely. Pour through a sieve and then refrigerate if serving chilled. Scatter on parsley before serving, accompanied by orange wedges.
