How to make it

  • -preheat oven to 350F. line 2 12 muffin/cupcake trays with 24 cupcake liners
  • -sift dry ingredients into large bowl. stir in sugar. add milk, butter and vanilla; beat with electric mixer on low speed or use wire wisk until smooth. add egg whites, beat 2 minutes, stir in crushed oreos.
  • -spoom batter into cupcake liners and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. cool in pans on wire racks.
  • -frost cupcakes and sprinkle on additional crushed oreos.
