Balsamic Steak

- 1-1/4 pound skirt steak shopping list
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped white onion shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat a gas grill or broiler for 10 minutes or start a charcoal fire 30 minutes ahead.
- Remove fat from meat.
- Place in a bowl or plastic bag with vinegar and onion then allow to marinate 20 minutes.
- Drain and place on a hot grill or under a preheated broiler for 8 minutes.
- Allow to rest 5 minutes then slice on a diagonal against the grain.
