How to make it

  • Prepare the three flavors of Jell-o separately, using 2 cups boiling water and ½ cup cold water for each. Let solidify in pan where Jell-o will be thin (1/2” thick). Chill until firm, or overnight.
  • Mix pineapple juice and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves. Dissolve lemon Jell-o in hot juice then add ½ cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.
  • Meanwhile, mix crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of 9” spring form pan.
  • Cut the firm Jell-o into ½” cubes.
  • Then prepare Dream Whip as directed on package. Blend with lemon Jell-o mixture.
  • Fold in Jell-o cubes. Pour into pan.
  • Chill at least 5 hours before removing from pan.
