How to make it

  • Heat skillet medium heat and thaw frozen green beans and peas for a couple minutes.take out into bowl
  • add oil to pan add fry cubed tofu until fried on all sides...take out into bowl
  • add more oil if needed...fry carrots...2 minutes
  • add onions....once slightly golden
  • add slivered almonds
  • add ginger
  • add garlic
  • add green beans and tofu
  • add chilli powder
  • add 2 eggs and stir into mix
  • add soy sauce to suit taste
