How to make it

  • Heat olive oil in a wok
  • spice steak stips with salt and paprika
  • add strips to wok and quick fry
  • remove strips and add onions and peppers to the wok
  • quick fry, ensuring that the veggies stay crisp
  • add cooked steak and 5ml of water
  • add ginger and stir through
  • fill the pita rolls with a combination of the lettuce, cucumber and tomato
  • place two tsps of yoghurt in each pita
  • fill up with steak mixture
  • serve
