Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Tricolor pasta; cooked & drained
  • 1 lg. Onion; chopped
  • 5 stalks Celery; chopped
  • 1 Whole green pepper; seeded & chopped
  • 1 can Pitted black olives; coarsely chopped
  • (4-oz.) can Mushroom (may use fresh)
  • 1 Whole plum tomato; peeled and chopped
  • (8-oz.) Feta Cheese; crumbled
  • 1/2 c. Pine nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 c. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Olive Oil

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and chill.
