How to make it
- -in a pot, combine first 4 ingresients and bring to a boil stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
- -remove pot from heat and stir in last 2 ingredients, untilt everything is evenly coated.
- -drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
- -let cool at room temperature for about 5 minutes and chill and fridge until ready to serve.
- -eat as a snack or dessert. makes about 2 (or 1 or 3-depending on how big/small you make them) dozen macaroons.
