How to make it
- Collect pan drippings in a large measuring cup. Let stand until fat floats to top, and skim top layer of fat (about 1/2 cup).
- Melt margarine in a pan with milk over medium high heat. Whisk in quinoa flour. Gradually add pan drippings, stirring continuously until desired thickness, about 5 minutes. Add cornstarch to thicken further (optional).

I just noticed that I forgot to rate this recipe.. I would not have thought to use Quinoa flour as a thickener..I usually use corn starch..great post..five forkspeetabear in mid-hudson valley loved it
