Parmesan Potato Gratin

- 4 large russet potatoes peeled and thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 large clove garlic finely chopped shopping list
- 6 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups chicken stock shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Lightly grease oval gratin dish and arrange a layer of potatoes on bottom.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, 1/3 garlic and 2 tablespoons cheese.
- Repeat twice more and pour over stock.
- Bake 45 minutes stirring potato mixture every 20 minutes or so or until potatoes are tender.
- Place under broiler for 4 minutes or until top becomes golden brown.
