How to make it

  • Cut the potatoes in half with skins on
  • boil in a large pot till tender but firm about 20 or 25 min
  • check for doneness with fork,drain off water
  • making sure potatoes are dry,peel off skins,cut potatoes in half
  • set aside
  • cook bacon till crisp and crumble set aside
  • boil eggs till hard boiled i put them on ice to cool when done slice set aside
  • chop onion fine...Note ,very fine
  • chop up celery
  • slice up olives
  • combine all ingredients place in a glass bowl put some bacon crumbs and sliced egg on top for looks and a little season all cover with stretch wrap and cool for 60 min
