- 1 lb. ground pork, turkey or beef shopping list
- 1-1/2 lb. ground ham shopping list
- 1 tsp. green relish shopping list
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley shopping list
- SAUCE: shopping list
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups ketchup shopping list
- 1/3 cup Heinz 57 shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. grape jelly shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- The amounts of meat and sauce ingredients can be altered.
- Mix and shape meat into 1-1/2 inch balls.
- Place meatballs in an ovenproof dish and pour sauce over top of them.
- Bake for 2 hours in a 275 degree F oven.
