Honey Dijon Chicken

- chicken pieces , skinless, and fat removed 1 1/2 lbs to 2 lbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup dijon type mustard shopping list
- few cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce, shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and dry the raw chicken. Arrange snugly in a baking dish, single layer. I had 2 legs, 2 thighs, 1 half-breast which I hacked up into 3 hunks. (toward "even" cooking)
- Combine the honey , Mustard, garlic , and soy sauce, and pour it over the chicken. Turn chicken over to get totally covered. At this time you can put it in the refrigerator, covered, and return to cook it 6 hours later. I let it sit out in the kitchen while I prepped veggies for the meal. This took about 45 minutes, and flavored the chicken well.
- Before placing in 350 Farhinheit oven, cover with tin foil snugly. Bake 30 minutes. Turn the pieces over, leave the tin foil off, and continue to bake for 30 to 40 minutes more. Check to make sure it is thoroughly cooked, and bon apetit!
