- 1 flour tortilla (8-inch) shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter, chunky or smooth shopping list
- 1 kiwi, sliced shopping list
- strawberries, sliced shopping list
- bananas shopping list
- pineapple slices shopping list
- blueberries shopping list
- mandarin oranges shopping list
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup shopping list
- toasted coconut, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Combine peanut butter and maple syrup.
- Spread across to edge of tortilla.
- Arrange your selection of fruit, pizza style over peanut butter covered tortilla
- Top with toasted coconut if desired
- Cut into triangles as you would a pizza to serve.
