How to make it

  • Combine peanut butter and maple syrup.
  • Spread across to edge of tortilla.
  • Arrange your selection of fruit, pizza style over peanut butter covered tortilla
  • Top with toasted coconut if desired
  • Cut into triangles as you would a pizza to serve.

    Thank you 22566! The other picture I was trying desperately to upload simply would not cooperate. This is the only other photo I have of the fruit pizza. If the fruit is chilled, this makes a delightful summer snack after an afternoon of swimming!!!

    Thank you hezzy. She'll be coming to visit this weekend and will be thrilled at your comments! She'll be 14 in May and a great cook. Kids today are so much more into what's healthy than we were at that age.
