Potluck Eggs Benedict

Eggs Benedict is one of my fave food for breakfast. This is just quick and easy to make and serve. Don't have to go thru all troubles to make fancy eggs benedict lol.
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter shopping list
- 3/4 c. flour shopping list
- 4 c. milk shopping list
- 1 (14-oz.) can chicken broth shopping list
- 1 lb. cubed fully cooked ham shopping list
- 1 (4-oz.) c. shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 8 hard-cooked eggs, quartered shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 10-12 English muffins, warmed shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour until smooth.
- Add milk and broth, bring to a boil.
- Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add ham and cheese; stir until the cheese melts.
- Add eggs, salt, & pepper; heat though.
- Serve over English muffins.
