How to make it

  • Squeeze all of the excess water out of the defrosted spinach.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together except for the bread.
  • Store the dip in the fridge for at least an hour before using.
  • I have made this up overnight and served the next day :o)
  • Cut off the top of the sourdough loaf and cut chunks out of the bread from the inside of the loaf ( so you are just left with a nice shell for the dip ).
  • Fill the inside of the bread with the spinach dip just before serving.
  • Place chunks of bread around the loaf so people will use them for dipping :o)
  • A fabulous recipe, yummy!
