How to make it

  • Cut ribs into 4 portions
  • Season with your favorite rib rub
  • Brown the ribs for 1 hour at 300F
  • While the ribs are browning mix tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Drain the fat form the ribs.
  • Pour tomato soup over the ribs coating well.
  • Bake for 1 hour
  • Coat the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce
  • Bake for 1 more hour.
  • You may also grill over indirect heat for the last 30 minutes.
