How to make it

  • Wipe meat with damp paper towel. In large skillet
  • brown meatin 1TBSP.of heated oil.
  • Remove meat to oiled baking dish (set aside)
  • In same skillet, saute onions, peppers celery & garlic in
  • remaining oil for about 5 min. Add wine, tomatoes & seasonings
  • Bring to boil. Pour over meat
  • Cover & bake @350 for 1 to 11/2 hrs. or until meat is tender.
  • Cut into serving pieces & serve immediately
