How to make it

  • In a pot combine chocolate and milk and whisk over medium heat until smooth.
  • Stir in the vanilla.
  • Pour chocolate in pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Before serving mix together the berries and cool whip and spread over the chocolate layer.
  • Serve immediately.

    Nice pie! I think the Cool Whip to berry ratio is a bit high. Perhaps 3.5 cups of berries would be nicer but the chocolate adds a great touch! I used fresh raspberries. Put a bit more in IMI 11/29/14
