Berry Chocolate Pie

If you like chocolate and berries together then you'll love this pie.
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust shopping list
- 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips shopping list
- 3 tbsp milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 8 oz Cool Whip shopping list
- 3 cups fresh or frozen berries shopping list
How to make it
- In a pot combine chocolate and milk and whisk over medium heat until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla.
- Pour chocolate in pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Before serving mix together the berries and cool whip and spread over the chocolate layer.
- Serve immediately.

Nice pie! I think the Cool Whip to berry ratio is a bit high. Perhaps 3.5 cups of berries would be nicer but the chocolate adds a great touch! I used fresh raspberries. Put a bit more in IMI 11/29/14
