How to make it

  • take your roast and cut along the bottem know that your roast will be stuffed so think about it, could this be stuffed... if not you may need to cut a few slices into the roast to give you more of a "whole"
  • in a zip lock bag
  • add the garlic
  • appel juice
  • paperkia
  • pepper
  • salt
  • rosemary
  • place roast in bag with marenade
  • leave over night or a few hrs
  • next day / few hrs latter
  • take roast out of bag
  • toss the marendae out
  • take dressing out and place in the the "whole" then tie with rope,sting, or even use your cheese cloth use what you can
  • starting at the end of the roast on the left hand side weave back and forth tot he right hadn side of the pork working over and under over and under .... if unsure if the dressing will stay in use cheese cloth as a pouch to stuff the roast
  • Pre heat oven to 365
  • Chopp onion into large crucks and layer around the roasting pan sprinkel with the oil and plop roast into pan and start the cooking !
  • * when roast is done use KITCHEN cessiors to cut the binding, knives could slip and who wants that at dinner time ? :) :P *
